  1. What I learned in my book that bats are not so mean. Bats eat other insects/bugs such as: lady bugs, ants, lighting bugs. There are 20 species of Bats. The fruit bat and the vampire bat does not get along. Bats have 2 thin layers of skin as there wings. Bats do a signal to let the prey that the Bat is coming. Bat are VERY interesting.

  2. I learned that sharks do not have bones. They have bendy cartilage instead. Sharks are close cousins of the manta rays and they ask don't have bones instead cartilage. Most fish have swim bladders which help them float, but sharks don't. They have to keep swimming to prevent sinking to the bottom. Some sharks eat meat and some do not. This is what I learned about sharks.

The animal project I'm doing is about endangered animals. Like one interesting fact was about people killing alligators for their silk wet leather which is causing them to die out. Another is interesting fact was about people killing whales for their meat which is calling them to die out. And that is two of the most interesting facts I learned. And i enjoyed my book.

    1. Good ideas, Cameron! Be very careful with starting a sentence with the word "and". Express your thoughts in a complete sentence.

    1. Alana,

I am SO glad that you enjoyed reading your book about horses. It seems that you have learned a lot. Don't forget to be extra careful with your proofreading. Capitalization, spelling, grammar, etc. are all very important.

My project is about Pandas! I learned all about them. Pandas have to eat about 300 pounds of bamboo if there fully grown. There is a different type of panda called the Lesser panda which is in the raccoon family. People cut down bamboo trees which makes Pandas starve to death! So lets help save the Pandas!
