Clay Dinosaurs with Fact and Opinion

Last week in reading we studied fact and opinion.  In the biography we read about Waterhouse Hawkins, we learned that Mr. Hawkins was the first person to construct life-size replicas of dinosaurs.  What he did was truly fascinating. (opinion!) As a way to integrate art, the students constructed their own dinosaurs using clay and play dough. After they were done building their dinosaurs, the students wrote facts and opinions to go along with their creation.  Here is a look at a few dinosaurs that came to life in 5E! ENJOY!
